Do you travel?
We are based in Minnesota...and, yes, we love road trips! Some distant locations might require a travel fee. But no worries, we always work with our clients to find the best outcome for each situation.
How long have you been doing this?
We have been photographing professionally since 2006. However, we've both been creating images for long before that.
How many photos do we get?
It really depends...each portrait session is different. Generally, we deliver between 40 and 60 finished images. Rest assured, we ALWAYS choose quality over quantity!
What is your payment process like?
Portrait sessions have a $100 NON-REFUNDABLE retainer due at booking with the remainder due 48-hours prior to the session.
What do we get with our session?
Our portrait sessions include four high-resolution photos as part of your portrait contract. Those files, as well as the social media sized (non-printable) versions, are delivered digitally through your client gallery.
Prints and other products are purchased separately.
Do you retouch photos?
When necessary, a light retouching is performed on your images. Extensive retouching is available for an additional fee. If in doubt, be sure to ask!
What's your turn around time?
We generally will finish your photos within 21 days of your portrait session. We always try to beat that and often do...we know you're anxious!
How do we book you?
Start by using our Contact Form...that get's the ball rolling. Once we receive your information, we'll reply with an e-mail talking about our process and how to meet with us to talk about your needs!
What should we wear?
Preparing for a portrait session can be difficult if not overwhelming. We provide guidance by way of our Portrait Style Guide and are ready to answer any questions you have!
Do you have any sales or discounts during the year?
We do provide a discount for military service members and first responders (for whom we are truly grateful) available any time of the year. Be sure to ask us about it!
Do your fees/packages include Sales Tax?
It certainly would be easier if they did, but alas, they do not.
